Our recommendations on how to take our freshly harvested ginseng -
• Thinly slice (a few grams) into a mug, add boiling water for tea, drink when cool enough
• Added to soup or broth (a traditional Chinese method in winter)
• Can be eaten raw

A few grams per day is considered quite satisfactory to gain benefits of ginseng.
Our starter pack will give enough Ginseng for more than a month of morning ginseng teas. (At about one third of the price of a coffee shop cuppuccino).
Tips for sustaining the life of your ginseng:
- Store your ginseng correctly in the fridge (in the ziplock bag that is supplied complementary with any purchase) and it will keep it fresh for several months without deteriorating.
